Currently acting as Ben Carter Enterprises’ owner’s representative and tenant coordinator from pre‐planning through completion of 30+ property renovations for a mixed‐use “Broughton Street” project in historic downtown Savannah. Over $75 million USD have been estimated and allocated for the renovations.
