CORE was contracted to evaluate and re-price construction cost estimates for replacing versus renovating the flagship club facility as well as others across the resort complex. CORE brought together a team of general contractors and designers to support the effort and verified for Club managers that prior estimates did not adequately address local conditions, desired features or the island’s regulatory environment.
